This place was an unexpected surprise, which I booked at the last minute for a rather spontaneous trip. The hosts family are very friendly and the house is located in a good location .This place is very clean place with all the amenities you need to be conformable (Air-con, Cable TV, WiFi, clean drinking water, clean linens, safety,etc.). Breakfast was provided also with assortment of things to eat including fresh fruit. The room I booked was suitable for one person comfortably but they also have a larger room at almost the same price and which has a larger area and bed. I would definitely stay here again when I visit Tacloban if time permits and there is availability.

Book now at Angel's Homestay. Your stay in this place would be comfortable and convenient. It is just few minutes away from the airport and a stone's throw away from Robinson's. Hosts are amazing and would even give you some tips (for first timers in Tacloban). The room is airconditioned with a comfy bed, plus you have your own bathroom. This is truly your home away from home.

My stay at Becha Joy’s place was delightful. The hospitality was outstanding. Room 2 had everything I needed, with good air conditioning, television with BBC, CNN, Fox movie channel and plenty of sports channels. It was quiet with comfortable bedding and sparkling clean attached bathroom. Room 2 has only cold water, which is ok with me in this tropical weather, but I understand Room 1 does have hot water. There is good WiFi, although it is weak in the bedroom, however in the downstairs common room, it is strong. Complimentary reakfast was delicious and free filtered water is a bonus. Neighborhood is residential, but with good public transportation, if you don’t mind riding a jeepney. The place appears to be about in the middle between the airport and downtown Tacloban with easy access to both. Needless to say, I shall return.
