The grounds of the bungalow are nice but unfortunately there was a lot of building work all day on site. Hopefully in the future guests will benefit from the new developments but right now it means there's a lot of noise. Bungalow is clean and good location for exploring the area - walkable to town but on the edge of it so in the countryside. Good wifi and hot shower. Interior is a bit drab and not very homely. The view through the French windows and then out the back of the bungalow is a stunning limestone karst and paddy fields however the biggest disappointment was that the garden is unusable. Overturned lumps of hard soil and weeds and no where to sit means we couldn't enjoy the view we'd paid for, and it is this that really makes the accomodation not very good value. But an easy fix with some work on the garden and comfortable seating so hopefully will see new photos on this listing soon!

Perfect setting and great access to the rest of the region. Highly recommend getting a motorbike to explore all there is to see.

Logement impeccable et agréable. Les hôtes sont souriants et disponibles. Possibilité de louer des vélos et des scooters. A proximité du centre de Tam Coc (à peine 10 min à pieds). Très bon rapport qualité/prix.

The bungalow was located in a beautiful, quiet spot. You can rent scooters or bikes directly in the homestay which was very convenient. The hosts were very helpful :)

Absolutely stunning property, felt like I was in the garden of eden. Host was helpful and quick to respond, although I already arranged my transportation to my next destination they offer bus pickups right from the property. Real nice place to recharge, breakfast was good. Host also let me leave my bags at the property after check out until I left at 7pm which was nice, also less than a km walk to town, would stay again :)
