An absolute gem of a place to stay. Great location, fantastic facilities, beds and pillows are super comfy for a good nights sleep. Everything you need here and Sumi is the most wonderful and helpful host. Would definitely return! 10/10

Sumi’s place was great! Super spacious, quiet, and centrally located. The beds were soft and comfortable. Sumi was also a great host - she’s super responsive, helpful, flexible, and she even gave us a ride to the train station when we checked out. We had a great time! Thanks Sumi!

This is absolutely the best Airbnb experience I ever had. Sumí is very professional and knowledgeable, provided everything we needed for kitchen, bathroom and bedroom, and also detailed instructions on how to use them. The washer and dryer are really helpful. She also gave us lots of useful informations for restaurants, groceries shopping, special events and sightseeing, just like we have a local guide taking care of everything. The location is very good, so close to the public transportation, sightseeing and nice restaurants. The apartment is huge and clean. Highly recommended!

Pros: (1) Sumi is a great host. -responded to our questions quick. -we were very appreciated for her help driving us (three adults with with big luggages) from the apartment to the Kyoto station. I tried to pay her for the ride, but she refused. Never thought about her car, Honda model FIT was able to hold four adults with three big luggages. -She is generous providing us three bottle water, tea bags, and a bag of green tea snack. (2) enough supplies including bathroom tissues, paper towels, Kleenex, dish detergent, clothes detergent, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body soap. (3) the apartment is very clean (5) walkable to attraction. (6) didn’t hear noise during daytime and at night (7) A produce (fruits and vegetables) across from the apartment. (8) Sumi was waiting for us on the street right outside the apartment building when we arrived (9) shower with strong water pressure (10) 2 into 1 washer & dryer (11) shower room has drying function Cons: (1) beds are soft to sleep
