Pros: 1. Great location and it does justice to the pictures shared on the listing 2. Peaceful surroundings 3. Friendly and helpful staff 4. Ample car parking space 5. Well-maintained exteriors Cons: 1. The breakfast is not complimentary for Airbnb guests which is very unfortunate at this price. Would request you to book from other websites if possible for better deals. 2. The breakfast is expensive at 220 per head and food delivered though fresh does not contain eggs or cut fruits which is standard for most deals in Munnar 3. The overall food quality is average but the prices are very high for the same. Not many other sources of food available in the area and hence we are forced to pay the high prices. 4. The host will respond to your message once in a day 5. On checking with the staff for camp fire a day before, he informed that it was hot there(was actually cold in reality) and it cannot be done. However, it was done for other guests who were there on the property on the next day.

We stayed with family for a few days. The boat was responsive and made sure that we were able to reach the resort. The good in the restaurant attached to the resort is good. Other amenities are a bit far. The road from Munnar to the resort is not good and took us 45 minutes for 22 kilometers. A microwave in the room would have greatly helped. Over all: Beautiful view, friendly staff, great value for money.

It’s a great place. The staff is very helpful and try to assist wherever possible. We were just disappointed with the dinner we had ordered. Also, sometimes the staff can be slow to respond to certain requirements.

peaceful armosphere. neat and clean rooms and premises. easily accessible. Everything was great except food. The price was reasonable but the tastes were below average.
