Great value product, clean, quiet. You will need a car.

We stayed 7 nights, the value for money is ok - this is not a high end villa and is limited in what you can expect but also matches the price so therefore we felt the value is ok. The location is in need of a car or Grab services to beach or anywhere to shop or eat. Overall, the villa needs renovations since built in 2011 but can give you a comfortable stay for a small group /family. Good response rate from host during stay (thank you), for us the biggest issue was the location of the villa in the residence was not good, this villa was at the very front of entry and the noise of the hi-way can be heard quite load at night versus the villa's further into the compound.
