We spent at this place two nights, Diana and his family are very friendly hosts, always able to help (e.g. with local recommendations, rent scooters, cook dinner), we felt comfortable at their place.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay. The place was exactly as described . It simple and humble, with everything necessary for a comfortable stay at a great value. The location can't be beat, as it is near a lot of attractions, and also the closest home stay to the gorgeous Virgin Beach (Pasir Putih). What set this place apart was Diana and how welcoming he and his family was. He cooked me dinner and shared drinks as we chatted throughout the evening. He taught me about Balinese culture, his life, and lots of recommendations for the best things to see and do in Bali. It's always wonderful when a host goes above and beyond, and Diana certainly does that. Highly recommend and hope to return again someday as he continues to carve out his little piece of paradise.
