Great spot! We were bouncing around wineries for two days so we really just needed a spot to crash. PJs place was beautiful and had everything we needed. The quiet hours are strictly enforced - you understand why when you get there, it’s a very quiet neighborhood. This didn’t bother us since we weren’t at the place too much.

The house is nice, clean, and spacious. Not too far from Napa and the popular wineries. When we settled into the house we noticed none of the remotes had batteries and (despite 4 people trying) we were unable to get the fire pit on. On our last night there was a power outage and we were without heat for the last 12 hours of our stay. PJ is very responsive but when I asked for a 25% refund ($375) for not having access to heat, TV or the fire pit, they said it was my fault for not reaching out to them to resolve it. I’m not sure about y’all, but when I’m on vacation hosting guests and on a busy schedule, the last thing I want to do is go back and forth with my Airbnb host. I want to enjoy my company! Anyway, they ended up giving me a 5% refund ($100). If you do stay here, my rec’ is to immediately notify the host if any amenities are missing/broken, because apparently that’s on you!

We stayed in this airbnb with a group of 8 for a weekend of wine tasting & had a great experience. The home was stocked with every imaginable type of culinary item you might possibly need, had ample towels and plenty of space. The location is great for a number of wineries and restaurants. As all the other reviews mentioned, the neighbors are not the most welcoming people - each morning we found a man standing outside our house staring, despite us not spending ANY time in the yard and closely obeying all the rules set out by the host. Aside from that, highly recommend this Airbnb & Host! PJ is extremely responsive via text & worked with us to accommodate a later checkout time since the Daylight Savings time change had our group feeling extra exhausted.

PJ was very accommodating when we needed to change our reservation. The home was completely updated and our group of eight enjoyed our time there immensely.

Clean, spacious, close to Sonoma center. 4 bedrooms with queen/king beds that were comfortable. We would book here again if we come with a large group
