An excellent week in this charming city. Esperanza and her daughter checked us in and ensured we had all we needed. This is a pristine house and very well equipped with everything you could possibly need to fully self cater. Especially nice to have herbs, spices, oils etc available and loVely touch with welcome bottle of wine. The old town is a 35cm in walk with a fair few stairs, great for walking off the extra pintxos!! The outside space of the house is great but a little noisy, being near a main road. This didn’t really bother us though! Highly recommend this property, Esperanza is an excellent host and very responsive to my questions.

Esperanza was friendly and welcoming. Her house was so lovely and homely with modern and bright furnishings. The garden was beautiful and the pool, gorgeous! The garden was safe and contained - she kindly allowed us to bring our little dog and having the outdoor space really helped us to relax outside together and enjoy the pool whilst our dog was relaxed nearby in the garden. I can’t recommend this house more. It is also perfectly located - really close to town and beach but far enough away to feel like an escape from the crowds. We planned a family trip and this house was exactly what we were looking for! The house is beautiful and provided us with the perfect setting to spend time together! Although we rented cars, sometimes we would just walk to town. We highly recommend it!

We had a lovely stay at the Villa. It was in a great location with easy access by bus to the centre of San Sebastian. It was well laid out with tasteful furniture. The kitchen was well equipped and eating areas inside and out. The pool was clean and a good size and the barbecue was easy to use. All rooms had good storage and the master bedroom was well laid out with walk in wardrobe and lovely en suite. We had little children so the communal bathroom with a bath was great. You were there to meet my daughter and gave her clear instructions for the villa and kindly bought me a spare cot as we had an extra baby. We were in san Sebastian for my son's wedding and you arranged my hair dressing appointment and also i even had my make up done in that salon as well. the staff were excellent to all the family. I would recommend the Villa as it gives you a tranquil area to relax but no distance from the hustle and bustle of San Sebastian and easy access to the beach as well by bus. There was a super bakery and supermarket in walking distance as well. I would recommend this villa and would definitely think of staying again

The house has a good location, it’s clean and Esperanza is so sweet and nice. The garden is beautiful and easy access to the city
