Had a great stay in a few nights! Gorgeous surroundings with the mountains! Even during rainy, snow showers, foggy and cloudy! It gave us a lot of views when we were sitting on a couch. Great parking lot. Pretty close drive to Ouray and Ridgway. Also, Telluride, Million Dollar Highway, Red Mountain Pass, Silverton are worth it to have new experiences.

The place is really lovely, with beautiful views. The shower has lots of hot water. And the upstairs has plenty of space. A few notes: The fireplace chimney had a few leaky spots, causing enough smoke to come into the living room that we put it out. The owners said they'd try to fix it as soon as possible, so hopefully it's no longer an issue. But without a fire, my girlfriend was too cold in the evenings. We didn't know whether to take seriously the warning that only 4wd vehicles can get to the cabin, because often times those recommendations are written for people who don't know how to drive in the snow. We came in our front wheel drive hatchback, and, as a Colorado native, I can say that there's absolutely no way we could have made it up the steep snowy approach off the highway to the cabin neighborhood without the chains I fortunately brought along.

Loved the views from the huge windows of this beautiful cabin. The mountain sun both warms and lights the entire cabin. Well-supplied kitchen, very clean, and the minty bathroom supplies make the bathroom smell like a mojito. The hosts were very helpful and responsive and quick to answer. The living room/kitchen area is a little narrow for any more than two adults. The bedrooms are large, though one has to walk through the one to get through to the other. I did wish the TVs were larger. We really enjoyed our stay. We loved the cabin and how close it was to Ouray and to Orvis hot springs.
