Come and join us at Fialleix, with 12 hectares of beautiful wild forests and meadows. We offer your family a holiday in our 2 bedroom gite, enjoy the natural surroundings, swimming pool and kid friendly atmosphere, with arts and crafts in our atelier, farm animals and land to explore. The ancient red stone gite is set in the main pretty courtyard, with outside dining under the shade of the cherry tree. The gite is light and spacious with all basic amenities. Fialeix is for those who want to immerse themselves in nature and get away from a busy life. There is a double bed in each room and an additional single bed in one of the bedrooms. This property will suit children, we have just about everything from baby to child equipment, from cots, high chairs, outside toys, trampoline, painting and crafting activities. The swimming pool is shared with our family, but we will respect your time and privacy around the pool . It sits just off the main courtyard on the hillside with gorgeous country views. The guesthouse is ideally situated to explore the stunning Perigord area, with chateau Hautefort (6k), Montignac, Sarlat, and Perigueux all easily accessible for day trips. There are beautiful local river walks, canoeing and fantastic local restaurants to explore. Fantastic cycling and trekking from the doorstep. Our family with young children live in the main house next to the gite and are happy to show you the land and give you a taste of homestead lifestyle and share crafts/activities with children in our atelier. During July and August our main house will also be available to rent ; please see other listing if you wish to rent the whole estate. We will be available and living nearby but not using the swimming pool for those months. Please feel free to ask any specific questions so we can give you a feel of the place. Its important that the place is a right fit for you. We also have 2 friendly dogs, a cat in the atelier, 3 donkeys and goats- new friends for children to make!

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans ce lieux magnifique, à l’intérieur tout à fait cosy et à l’extérieur en pleine nature. Nos hôtes ont été très chaleureux. Cuissons bien équipée et très pratique. Nous recommandons sans réserve!

Kasia and Jason's place was perfect. A gorgeous countryside retreat, away from it all. The farm house is picture perfect and courtyard/garden was safe and welcoming for our toddler. The family was super friendly and also allowed you time to yourself around the grounds and pool. My toddler loved interacting with the animals. Really comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. 1hour 30mins from Limoges airport and close enough to explore beautiful towns, such as, Sarlat and Domme. Thank you so much for our stay. We can't wait to come back.

We voelden ons bij aankomt direct zeer welkom. Mooie oude elementen in de accommodatie zijn behouden gebleven. Onze twee zoontjes van 4 en 1,5 jaar konden heerlijk in de tuin spelen. Voor ons als voor de kids is er in de omgeving veel te ontdekken. Mooie tuinen, kastelen en de stallen van Pompadour. We hebben er een heerlijke vakantie gehad.

Kasia, Jason and family made us feel right at home in their beautiful gite. Wonderful hosts in idyllic surroundings! The gite, courtyard and garden are gorgeous - peaceful, relaxing and great for our 9 month old daughter to explore with animals to say hello to and a pool to enjoy! We loved exploring the woodland and spending lazy afternoons reading in the shade, as well as taking trips out to the local countryside, which has lots to offer. Kasia and Jason super helpful with any recommendations or special requests (a hot water bottle during a heatwave?! No problem!) and we enjoyed chatting to their lovely children too. We were sad to drive away and would very much love to come back one day! Thank you for a perfect stay.

Wil je privacy, rust en het Franse plattelandsleven ervaren? Twijfel niet, je voelt je zo welkom bij het Engelse gezin. Ook handig als jouw Frans niet ‘tres bien’ is. Ruim huis (lekker koel tijdens hete zomers) en fantastische bedden. Erg fijn gezin met lieve kinderen en 2 heerlijke honden.
