This is a large, classic Parisian apartment with many modern upgrades in a superb location. It exceeded our expectations. It is more impressive in person than the photos. We were a family of 2 adults and 3 young adults/teenagers. We had more than enough space. In fact, there was one room we barely used. The apartment can easily accommodate 8. The outdoor patio is amazing. Communication was excellent. Jallal arranged for transportation from the airport (130 euros) and greeted us at the apartment upon arrival. He gave us a quick tour and then left us to settle in. We had no reason to contact Jallal again during our stay as the apartment was clean, comfortable, and well equipped for our every need. At the end of our stay, Jallal again arranged transportation to the airport. It feels like a very authentic neighbourhood. While it certainly caters to many tourists, it is not overrun like some other areas of the city. There seems to be a large number of students in this neighbourhood as there are two nearby universities (there is also a high school and elementary school next door. Classes only started on our second last day, but the students were not a bother at all). There are so many dining choices within walking distance your only problem will be deciding where to eat. There is a metro station just around the corner on Saint Germain. We used the metro daily for getting around to various areas of the city. We also took advantage of the electric bikes and scooters which are pervasive. There are many dedicated bike lanes and getting around was save and easy. We would not hesitate to stay again and would recommend to anyone if it's within your budget. We enjoyed every minute of our visit to Paris and this apartment was one of the highlights. One thing to note, there is a long climb (82 steps) up a beautiful circular staircase to reach the apartment. Can be a little exhausting but take your time and enjoy your surroundings. It's worth it.

This apartment is a treasure. It is located in the most charming area and is hidden behind a beautiful wooden gate so you feel tucked away and secure. There is lots of space - we are 7 people and we never felt at all cramped. The apartment is beautifully appointed, very clean and has every convenience including air conditioning. The rooftop deck is a perfect place to unwind and the sunsets were a real bonus. My 19 year old daughter had no complaints about the pull out couch. There are cafes, restaurants, shopping and walking all at the doorstep. It could not have been better. Communication was outstanding and Nazma was super helpful. This apartment made our Paris trip. Thank you!

The apartment was as advertised, so lots of space and contained all the essentials needed for a weeklong stay. The area was convenient to restaurants, stores, the subway and all the attractions. I wouldn't recommend staying here in the summer - it is on the top floor and can get hot if the temperatures get into the mid-90's (mid-30's in Celsius), even with the portable AC units. There's also construction going on next door and for our stay - whatever stage of construction they are in is very very noisy in the early morning. Gary & Team were great. The communication was easy and they were very responsive to all of our questions and needs.

The apartment was incredible and was perfect for my group of 4 adults and 3 children. Everything worked well, the technology was new. The apartment was spotless. The location was great. Communication and check in process was extremely helpful. Very high-level service and a great space to enjoy Paris.
