Centrally located studio in Gran Vía for 2 people with all the comforts for a perfect stay in the epicentre of Madrid, close to all the leisure facilities available. The flat is refurbished and consists of a complete bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and a living-bedroom with double bed. Bright, quiet and with lift. Wi-Fi, coffee machine, bed linen and towels are included. Boiler for hot water and radiators for heating and even air conditioning. For more information, please read below. Benefits enjoyed by my guests: Fully equipped: sheets, towels, amenities kit will be provided in each bathroom, consisting of 2 bottles of shower gel 30ml, 2 bottles of shampoo 30ml, 2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 bars of hand soap. In the kitchen you will have at your disposal a welcome kit consisting of: 1 bottle of dishwasher 30ml, 1 scourer, 1 multipurpose cloth and 1 garbage bag. IMPORTANT NOTE: For reasons of hygiene, food products such as oil, salt, vinegar, sugar, coffee or tea will not be provided. Guests must bring or purchase these products on their own. It also has a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, hair dryer, heating (heat pump) and air conditioning. Other features you should take into account: Located in one of the most sought after and coveted spots in the center of Madrid, just behind Gran Via, its location makes this a perfect and select choice to spend a few days in the Spanish capital. El departamento cuidadosamente decorado con todas las necesidades cubiertas, cualquier artículo que necesiten en su estadía lo tendrán a la mano Todos los servicios disponibles, wifi, aire acondicionado, cama muy cómoda, toallas, limpieza, televisión, espacios amplios, cocina completa y lavadora Realmente supera lo que uno como viajero puede esperar con un precio realmente accesible, podrás disfrutar de Madrid realmente con una ubicación privilegiada con una de las estaciones principales del Metro de Madrid a tan solo una cuadra del departamento “metro estación Gran vía” todas las instalaciones cuidadas y lo que diga quedará corto para poder expresar que es una decisión bien tomada ocupar este departamento Isabel y Fran estarán siempre disponibles y abierto a escuchar inquietudes!!
