Perfect place in walking distance of multiple restaurants/cafes and the city's main attractions. Also close to bus, train, and plane terminals. Very clean and functional facilities inside.

My stay at Timir Sir’s place was very cozy & comfortable. The place is as described in listing with all necessary amenities & open spaces as mentioned. Clear communication since beginning, all queries promptly answered, request for early check-in was duly accepted, Safe parking for bike, separate entry for guests. Wifi & Backup is there & i could very well manage my office work. Another positive part is location - Just 5 to 7 minutes drive from Railway Station or AirPort on either sides. Lingaraj Temple is just 2.5 kms from here. All daily needs, food tea options in walking distance. All in all very good stay & experience. Recommended.

Timir is an amazing guy who is friendly and helps you around with basic sight seeing and have an amazing place to stay from breakfast to dinner is available in 1.5 kilometres and nearby temples are also peaceful

This is a great house to stay in. The large common areas and big balcony are big plusses. The room is exactly as in the pictures. It is small but clean and bright. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The host is helpful, accommodative, and easily accessible over phone.
