I booked my room for the wrong date. I attempted to reschedule my stay. I was willing to book anytime within a reasonable time frame. They would not even consider letting me change the date and they certainly were not going to refund the money I had already paid them. I understand that you have to have rules but there are also exceptions to every rule.

Went there as a family trip ( my husband and I, two boys 11 & 13, and an almost 1 year chow mix pup). We all enjoyed our stay :), my dog loved hanging out in the fenced in yard! ***Read this! like some people say, your GPS will take you to the house but not to the parking. Take Hill st. to go up the slope to get behind the house. Then you will see the sign says Reed house. Take the steps down to get to the place**** The place was nice and cozy, it’s kitchen was well equipped and plenty of linens were provided. The location is nice, you can walk to restaurants and bars, even to a playground. Quick drive to nature hikes and views. Got the cutest dog collar at a nearby town Sylva :).

One of our favorite places to stay! We love sitting on the front porch and the yard is beautiful. We love to walk to local restaurants. The house is cozy and beautiful! We have stayed here many times.

We arrived on Christmas hoping to spend time with family, but due to illness it was cancelled. The cabin was perfectly decorated so that it was still Christmas indeed. From the beautiful rug, throw blankets, soap dispensers, lights and even the curtains had holiday themes. The house was the best light up in the whole neighborhood. The kitchen was so user friendly and had everything needed. It was cozy, comfortable, clean and our fur babies could come too!! The cute little town is steps away and has a chocolate/coffee store, shopping and dining. The owners definitely know how to make you feel at home and we will be back!!
