A well equipped Kitchen and laundry set are also included. Many shopping and restaurants within mins of driving, include Real Canadian Superstore, Costco etc. Easy access to Stony Trail and Crowchild Trail. This unit passed City of Calgary legal suite inspection for safety and functionality. This walkout suite is part of a bungalow house located in a quiet community. The TV in the living room is equipped with a Roku stream stick with provided access to Netflix. The kitchen equipped with a fridge, microwave oven, toaster oven, cooktop, water kettle and more. The two good sized bedrooms are equipped with queen beds for comfortable sleeping. For the groups with 4 people or more, we will set up a tent with comfortable bedding in the living room to provide a cozy, fun and unique sleeping experience. The right side of the driveway is reserved for guest parking. Additional street parking is also available if needed.
