Bess is a great host, very responsive and answer all of your questions. As I arrive very early, she allowed to check-in early (and also check-out a bit late), which I really appreciated the kind help. When I arrived, the place is really clean and spacious for a person or a couple. It is exactly as shown in the photos and there are sperate rooms for kitchen and bathroom. The location is not far from the main station (about 4-5 stops by tram). The place is in a quiet residential area. It would be just perfect if the iron and washing machine is available for the laundry, otherwise it is just perfect! I stayed here for two weeks and everything is smooth, only sometimes a bit of the connection issues with the WiFi during the holidays weekend, otherwise it is just working perfectly fine. Overall, it is a enjoyable stay at Bess's place. I would recommend for anyone, who loves a peacful and quiet neighborhood away from crowds. :)

Bess' apartment was perfect for my long stay in Bern. It was close to the city center and quiet. Check-in and check-out were really smooth, and Bess was always reachable and ready to try to answer to my questions. I recommend it!

Bess's apartment is just as you see in the photos, It is very comfortable and impeccable cleanliness, communication with Bess was very good, she cared about whether I was comfortable, the neighborhood is very quiet and close to the center. I recommend 100%
