Welcome to this light flooded 100m2 (1100f2) designer/architect apartment. This is a non smoking place with balconies in the front + back, ceiling high glas doors. It is located in central Grafenberg about 10-15 min. to the main station. All stores are in walking distance in only a few minutes as well as the tram station to access all of Düsseldorf. The Apartment was fully refurbished + furnished with luxury design pieces, very comfortable mattresses as well as a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is 100m2 (1100 square foot) large including a 60m2 (650f2) living room with ceiling high glas doors to the front balcony and a open kitchen. This light flooded and open space apartment is our second residence where we live when in Düsseldorf. When we are away we rent the apartment to other design and architecture lovers that appreciate the style and upscale furnishing. Instead of the IKEA look we offer a mix of design classics with an international style and ambiance. The heart of the apartment is the large and open living and dining space opening to the balcony in front and through the open kitchen in the back. The dining area gives access to two large bedrooms. The master bedroom features a design king size 180cmx200cm luxury organic bed and rain dance shower, flatscreen TV with apple TV and large window to the quiet back. The second bedroom features 2 design single beds with luxury organic mattresses and a working space. The bathroom with toilet, XL sink and XL bathtub is facing the back balcony with two smaller windows for fresh air. The living room features a high quality daylight Projector for full movie feeling including surround sound speakers, apple TV, BlueRay DVD/CD, smartphone and laptop access. TV can be screened through the projector or the TV in the master bedroom via appleTV. Additional TV apps can be downloaded if desired. Grafenberg is a calm neighborhood East of downtown Düsseldorf at the feet of the Bergisches Land. It goes along the Grafenberger Allee all the way to the Staufenplatz. Grafenberg is neighboring the trendy Flingern and close to the HQ of Metro, the Thyssen Trade Center, ARAG, L'OREAL and many other large coorporations. The short walking distance Grafenberger Wald (forest) gives countless possibilities for nature and sport lovers. From our apartment you can see the forest and the beginning of the Ostpark that is directly opposite of the apartment featuring great walks, playgrounds, a lake (ice skating in the winter) and much more.
