“During our stay at Mr. Vinod’s property, we encountered several concerning issues. First and foremost, Mr. Vinod’s caretaker’s behavior was far from welcoming or accommodating. He was rude and unresponsive to our inquiries, making us feel unwelcome throughout our stay. Moreover, we discovered security cameras in the sitting area, which was a clear invasion of our privacy and made us uncomfortable. We believe that such surveillance is inappropriate in a rental property. To make matters worse, Mr. Vinod insisted on an early check-out. We were forced to get out of the residence without EVEN BRUSHING&SHOWERING as we were feeling rushed and inconvenienced. THERE IS NO MAIN GATE MAKING US FEEL UNSECURE Overall, our experience at Mr. Vinod’s property was marred by his poor behavior, intrusive surveillance, and disregard for the agreed-upon check-out time. We would not recommend staying at this property.”

Had a lovely stay at this apartment! It was clean, had great hot water and wifi. The area is quiet and safe, with a lovely guard (and cute guard dog) out the front. Vinod was very helpful with answering all of my questions before the stay, and even let us check in a little early. Note: there are two "Moydom" apartments within ~1km of each other (taxi driver was confused) - this one is further away from the busy shopping area

Clean, well kept space. It’s right across from the busy market, though the noise doesn’t carry over to the apartment.

There were two surveillance devices in the listing which was not mentioned in the listing description or under house rules. It was not disclosed prior our check in as well. Listing location is 10 minutes away from the address which is updated on Airbnb. Rest, we truly enjoyed our stay. This place was really quiet. The staff were really cooperative. Listing was clean and tidy. Thank you for hosting us 😊
