Our family of 4 rented the house for almost a month and it was just perfect. The things we needed for a long stay are all available. The washing machine is automatic so I didn’t spend much time in the laundry. WIFI is also okay. Elevator is handy specially if you have small children. The owner is not around but there are 2 lovely ladies (Maris & Myrna) that accomodates all our needs. The neighborhood sits in a private secured area and safe for children to roam around. They have recreation area wherein you can play basketball, volleyball, football, tennis and even swimming. The supermarket is 10mins walk or you can ride a shuttle for only ₱10. The area is close by to Malls and big establishments. Pls take note that electricity & water is not included, but I dont mind because we are most of the time outside. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back here.

We had a great stay at Ms. Junalyn’s home. ☺️ The unit was spacious enough for the four of us. Everything we need is in the rental. Wifi is good, the beds are comfy, and the kitchen has cooking essentials and utensils. Ms. Junalyn and her niece, Ms. Maris are very gracious and accommodating. They were responsive to all our queries and made sure that we’ll have a wonderful and stress-free stay. The community is very peaceful, tenants are respectful and courteous. Thank you, Ms. Junalyn and Ms. Maris for the budget-friendly yet lovely and cozy accommodation. We will surely come back. P.S. My daughter enjoyed the playground and the pool. She kept on asking us to book your place again when we go back to Manila. 😊 God bless and more power!

Junalyn and Maris were extremely generous. We had to make a lot adjustments due to our “special situation” and they were more than happy to accommodate. We will definitely be staying here again for a much needed break. Thank you very much!
