The place was definitely a solid option if you want a temporary home that's walkable to WashU or BJC. The hosts were clear in their communication and super prompt as well. Some things that weren't ideal though was the broken shower door in the bathroom along with the moldy dishwasher and the messy, cluttered cabinets and drawers. I luckily had very friendly roommates where we cleaned and organized the space and thought to use a sponge as a door stopper. Again, ultimately I would say that the house is overall a solid option. It was well-maintained and safe, and I also was very grateful for the parking space at the back where I can safely keep my car.

Dmitriy was a great host, answered any questions very quickly. House was also pretty nice, great A.C. during the summer.

Very kind and excellent communication. They also put up room darkening curtains for me prior to arrival. Very accommodating and excellent location. Very easy to work with n highly recommend!
