Very cozy and very convenient. Close to the park, subway stations, Barclay Center, Key Food Grocery store and all kinds of restaurants. Leigh was a great host who showed us around and then left us alone for our entire stay. It was great. We asked her to make a repair and it was completed very quickly. We enjoyed our stay and loved Brooklyn very much.

Juste excellent!!! Nous avons adoré l’appartement de Leigh! Nous avons loué, mon mari, ma fille de 2 ans et moi, son appartement pendant trois semaines, au moment des fêtes de fin d’année. Je crois que nous avons passé un des plus merveilleux Noël de notre vie. L’appartement est vraiment beau et décoré avec énormément de goût. Il est chaleureux et typique des appartements de Brooklyn. Il est propre, possède tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin et il se trouve à côté de 3 stations de métro différentes. La plus éloignée se trouve à seulement 10-12 minutes du logement à pied. Leigh est disponible et répond très rapidement à nos messages. Bref, nous recommandons ce logement à 100% et nous espérons pouvoir y revenir un jour.

There is very little to say about this place except it is awesome, and just enough space for you to have a very comfortable stay in New York! First off, Leah was a great host! She was away, but constantly made sure everything went well without being too overbearing (my mom is guilty of this hehe)...easy check-in and out, plus a ton of information on how to get everything working (wifi, projector, even a CHRISTMAS TREE, tis the season)...really over and above a lot of other hosts... The space itself is on the small side, but this is to be expected in NY...I was surprised how big the kitchen was, you could potentially cook in this kitchen and Leah has lots of fridge space for the extra slice of pizza you got last night as well. Be warned: no microwave, but that was ok with us! The bathroom and bedroom were very clean (as clean as you can get without it feeling like a hotel)...we stayed during the colder months and the radiators kept the apartment toasty warm while we were there... The only warning is, if you are taking the subway, the apartment is not right around the corner from the subway, it's at least a 10-15 minute walk away. This was the only bummer we didn't anticipate, and we had a few very rainy walks we had to trudge through (and i brought boots for snow that ended up hurting my feet, ouch!), but overall it was such a great value that this is a minor detail, but worth knowing if you stay... Great value, good location, amazing host! What a great trip! Thanks Leah!

A clean and modern apartment in a classic Brooklyn neighborhood at a more than reasonable price. We enjoyed every day of our stay!
