Stayed here with family over Christmas, it was perfect! Great space to entertain large groups and child friendly. Stephaine was very helpful throughout the booking process. Thanks again!

Extremely disappointing stay , we was blackmailed and forced to pay an additional £1,000 privately. Due to us having a marquee on the grounds. We was playing music at a reasonable level around 8pm and was told it was too loud. We confirmed with the host we are to have 30 guests and was then later told it was not allowed. On two separate occasions the host entered the property without notice with her husband and they walked around the house openly. The excuse was the neighbors had complained we had 200 guests when we clearly did not. Even though it is on such open grounds there are neighbors with in extreme close distance who don't seem to be so happy with airbnb guests in general .They made it very clear it is there personal home which i appreciate however why list your home on airbnb if you are are going to enforce so many restrictions. It is a beautiful house but we was unable to enjoy it at all and very paranoid with all the grief we received. We cleaned the home before we left and made sure it was extremely clean to give the host no excuse to complain. However a day after we received a request for over £2,000 in damages. These where falsely accused damages and not done by us. One example of a damage we received was "make up stains on bed sheet" , "make up stain on towel" . The host wanted £125 each for these. The strain and headache this booking gave was defiantly not worth it. For any guests wanting to book this i would warn you to be careful and take extra precaution so you are not scammed to pay further costs.
