Le logement est idéalement situé entre l'université Laval et le vieux Québec avec des lignes de bus très régulières. Le logement était très propre. Le logement se situant au sous-sol, il n'est pas très lumineux, il ne faut pas être claustrophobe.

Un accueil des plus agréables. Les propriétaires sont disponibles si besoin. Le séjour fut au top. Je recommande vivement !

Paul est une personne très inspirante et un excellent hôte. (Cela vaut également pour les membres de la famille que j'ai rencontrés.) Il m'a accueilli à la gare des bus malgré l'heure tardive, m'a invité pour le petit-déjeuner le lendemain et m'a montré le quartier. Très bien situé à mi-chemin entre l'université et le Vieux-Québec, avec le très beau parc du Bois-de-Coulonge à seulement quelques minutes de marche. Pour mes déplacements dans la ville justement, Paul, grand amateur de vélo, a même mis une bicyclette à ma disposition pendant la durée mon séjour. La chambre, au demi-sol, manque un peu de lumière naturelle, mais elle est très confortable, bien aménagée et ne manque pas d'un certain charme. On dispose de tout ce qu'il faut dans l'espace commun (cuisine, living, salle de bain). Le tout est maintenu très propre. Lingerie de lit et nettoyage tous les 15 jours.

Choosing this accommodation is the best decision that I have made. Both Paul and Danielle are the best hosts I have ever met. They are always doing above and beyond what they should be doing as a host. They are very kind, friendly and respectful. The accomodation is located very near to Université Laval and Downtown Québec with the bus stop just few mins away from the house. On top of that, the room is spacious and comfortable. Paul and Danielle even made the effort to decorate the place with christmas decorations. Do not hesitate to book your accommodation with Paul and Danielle! You will have the best experience ever. I am so glad and thankful to be able to stay at this accommodation the past 4 months!

I would give them more stars if I could. Paul and Danielle are exceptional hosts. Genuily kind and respectful people. The apartment (with an independant entrance) and specially the bedrooms are really spacious and very well equipped and furnished. The place is practically on the corner from the bus stop, but actually, Laval Université and Downtown are close enough if you want to walk or ride a bike. I absolutly recommend this place and would stay there again. Thank you so much for such a good experience!
