Our stay at the accommodation was great. The apartment is exactly as shown on the photos. The check-in was very easy and we were even able to drop off our stuff ahead of the official check-in time. Communication was fast and extremely friendly. The apartment is very clean and offers all amenities that we needed. It is located in a relatively quiet neighbourhood which is approximately a 20 minute walk into the city center. Overall, we had a great stay which definitely satisfied our expectations. I would recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a nice place to stay during a short-trip to Lugano.
