Sylvia was very responsive during our entire stay, even one time when I messaged later at night. The neighborhood is beautiful and we felt very safe. One improvement recommendation would be a new shower head- it seemed to be worn out and didn’t allow water to come through so it was a very cold shower with a small trickle of water. Overall we were happy with our stay!

It was safe & quiet place to stay after I finally figured out parking and the gate entrance. It was a little confusing.

I had a great time at Sylvia’s place.The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does in the picture. The neighbourhood is very conveniently located and although it is a lovely neighbourhood. The house is very quiet! Would absolutely recommend staying there !

Overall this was a cozy little spot that sleeps 2 on bed and 1 on couch (no door to bdrm tho). It is a detached in-law suite w/ 1Bath and kitchen and I am mostly satisfied with the experience. Pool time can be requested and that is great. Host is very responsive. I only have a few complaints and 2/3 are fairly minor. The biggest is that while the host stresses that the gate must be latched at all times for the dogs, (and I am mindful of this bc I have dogs) the gate is very hard to latch when leaving using the iPhone charge cord setup, so while it felt locked, I accidentally let the dogs out my first day and had to chase one down the block and recover him. Could have ended badly. Host said they’d fix tmw but didn’t. Second, the iron was rusting internally and ruined my friends white button-up, and there also was no ironing board to be found. The last minor rec I have would be to replace blinds and get a bdrm door for full privacy. Those things bothered me a bit. Overall, 👍🏼 4 $
