Was a nice place to stay. We stayed as a quick stop back to Brisbane. We just found limited reception in sapphire beach so had to go to Coffs to wait for instructions to get in. Once we had them, easy to get in. Maybe these could have been sent the day before or early morning. Mix up with where the linen was for the 5th person until we asked, possibly something that could be mentioned when booking. Nice quiet place to stay, nice pool.

Very bad experience. As a whole house looks good from outside but long time no maintainance been done. 1. Owner has communication problem, very bad and rough way of communication 2. Was unable to close toilet window. Owner came up, tried to fix it once, failed and then left for good. After paying hefty fees, we had to use towel to coverup. 3. bedsheets were not clean or washed. Visible stains and hair strands was there 4. inside door locks did not work (locks are there but broaken) 5. master bed room toilet didn't have curtain (although curtain rings were there)
