The house is also equipped with several usb charging stations throughout for charging your phones. Located close to greenbelt, The Woodlands Waterway, The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion, The Woodlands Mall, Market Street dining/shopping, Cinema, Lake Conroe, Old Town Spring, & Hurricane Harbor Water Park. House has large open concept living area is roomy for gatherings and meals. outdoor patio is spacious with a high privacy fence. Beds and bath are fully furnished for your stay.

The place is great, the neighborhood is pretty calm and you’re able to even walk to the park that is just down the road. Will definitely be recommending to anyone that I know who would stay in the area

Sawmill Park is just a few steps away from the house that provides access to a community swimming pool (summer only), splash pad, 5 tennis courts, 2 basketball courts, volleyball net, huge playground for the kids & covered pavilion for picnics. NOTE: Pool is only open in summertime for a small entry fee.
The neighborhood is also in a quiet residential spot with Walmart, shopping, liquor store and restaurants within close proximity. This house is located in a very convenient area.
You can easily access a taxi, Uber, or Lyft ride. We have 4 parking spots available in the driveway for your convenience. Also there is free street parking available, but not recommended for overnight parking.

I enjoy attending live music events of different genres & trying new food destinations. When traveling my husband & myself like to find spots that have been featured on Diner's, Drive-ins, & Dives. We consider ourselves foodies at heart. My favorite travel destination has been Isla Mujeres, Mexico and while there had the pleasure of swimming with the whale sharks...what an adventure! I enjoy meeting new people from all cultures & diversities plus have been in the service industry for over 30 years.
