One of the best experiences of our lives. As advertised, you will see the rising moon. You will witness nature at its finest. The lush green forest around will mesmerise you, and the picturesque valley view will enthrall you. Mr Dalip and his wife make sure you get the best food, luxury, and home-like feeling at this lovely humble property. If you truly want an offbeat and quiet experience, come and stay with them. Our dog daughter Emma had great fun too. Don't forget to meet Mercy, Alpha, and Leo. Have a good one.

Perfect location for those looking for a peaceful and serene spot away from tourists. The hosts, Dalip ji and his wife Madhu ji are warm and welcoming. The food is fresh and home styled. Mercy, the house dog, is a delight. We took an overnight bus from Delhi to Rampur and got off at Sainj, just after Kumarasain. From Sainj, we found a local bus to Anni. From Anni, we took a shared cab ride to Chohani village. A little ahead of Chohani is the road to Khun. From Khun, we climbed up the hill on foot for about 20 minutes to reach the village Mahoot where the homestay is located. At all times Dalip ji was happy to guide us on the call. The only drawback is there are not many sightseeing places accessible on foot, although one can go for walks in the apple orchards. The forests behind the homestay are also beautiful and worth exploring. The place is perfect if you are looking to do a staycation. Make sure you ask Dalip ji to give you a taste of the local delicacies. :)
