Hello! My name is Elizabeth and my husband is Brett! We are in Vancouver about 18min from Portland Airport. Nice, quiet smoke-free place in a safe neighborhood. Best perk- you can admire the two shibas who stand at the top of the stairs judging anyone who comes in :) I run a micro-bakery from my home for local neighbors. You may hear me up at odd hours baking. We are excited to host you! We welcome all! The room we have is simple- nothing fancy. Bed, nightstand, and lamp. We are just starting out with airbnb but it is a comfortable and safe place to stay in Vancouver close to Portland! We have two shiba inus who are the true owners of our home! Gatsby is 7 years old and loves belly scratches and human interaction! Twister is our special needs rescue who has been with us about 2 years. He is still a little skittish and does bark a bit at strangers initially. We are hoping that opening our home to guests will help him adjust to visitors in our home over time! He is a sweet soul and LOVES to run! The current room for guests is downstairs that is separated by a door should you want the privacy away from the puppers! Please note that as my husband and I co-host, we only utilize the messaging through the Airbnb platform and do not text/call unless it is an emergency. We have an air mattress we can bring out for an additional cost per night if you need additional sleeping arrangements beyond the queen in the guest room.
