We had a great week at Oakdene Park. The swimming pool with steam cabin and sauna is very nice, the forest is nearby for a walk and the surroundings are quiet. The van is well equipped.

Thank you Glynis for letting us stay in your place. The place is amazing and even better than the photos. it's very spacious and oakedene park is really nice with a lot of activities to do especially if you have kids. The caravan also had some toys and teddies which was just perfect for our children to enjoy. the place was clean and had everything we needed. Glynis is a wonderful host and always responsive and communicative. we would definitely come back

Great location right on the forest edge, fantastic for walking and cycling. Close to great beaches and sightseeing. The location was really great and the caravan has everything you need and is very well equipped and comfortable. Had a wonderful stay.

Great place to stay at a great price , it was clean and tidy upon arrival everything worked ok . Would def recommend to family and friends . Also Oakdene park is nice and central to lots of great places like Bournemouth beech , Paultons park and moor valley park. There are pub/restaurant very close by as well as Tesco and Sainsbury’s McDonald’s and kfc and lots more all within a short drive . Thanks to Glynis and Dennis for making our stay great. Loved being so close to the forest which is good for dog walks. Caravan is ideal for younger kids and/or dog owners. Make sure you bring your own essentials (toilet roll, towels, washing up liquid and tea towels). You get the afternoon and evening sun on the decking which is nice to sit out. Caravan site is peaceful but clubhouse is quite loud at night when entertainment is on. Make sure you book a swimming slot in advance as we couldn’t get in the pool for a family swim. We were only there for a weekend though. Was a good base to explore the area around Bournemouth and the New Forest, where there’s lots to do.
