Stephen and Richelle’s place is nestled in a quiet area with views of Shem Creek. The unit is well supplied with cooking and paper supplies. I enjoyed watching the tides of Shem Creek from the large porch and slider doors to the porch during my stay. The complex is well maintained and very peaceful and quiet.

Stephen & Richelle have a beautiful place for a long term stay. My fiance and I stayed in their place for nearly three months in late 2023, we loved the proximity to downtown, the restaurants close by, and the private deck with screened in porch was so relaxing and a great place to spend time together. Would absolutely recommend with proximity to city while also maintaining quiet

If you’re thinking about staying at Stephen & Richelle’s- quit the contemplation and pull the trigger. After staying here for nearly 2 months in midst of a move from out of state, I couldn’t have asked for a cozier place to make South Carolina feel at home. Pictures do NOT do this place justice. You will become an avid birder and learn the tide chart by heart with the creek views from the balcony. It is less than a 15 minute drive to anything you desire, from the downtown hullabaloo to sandy beaches. I believe I counted 7 grocery stores within a 2 mile radius. Walking distance to bars and restaurants, but the kitchen is top notch if you want to stay in! Stephen and Richelle have the best hidden gem.
