Great “well loved and loved in”family beach shack, clean, tidy, with all the facilities one could need. If you want a brand new place it’s not necessarily for you, but if you want to experience the real Aussie beach vibe, it definitely is. Great location and good sea views from the balcony.

We had a great time at Nick's place. Felt at home. Toddlers really appreciated the toys and outdoor area (there are also lots of board games for older kids/adults). One downside is you hear the grand prix (racing course), but it's not disturbing inside the house. We would love to stay here again.

So close to the beach, you can take walk your surfboards there, very comfortable relaxing home, with comfortable beds, and nice deck and outlook, enabling a very pleasant stay
