Stoes Traditional Suites is an amazing place to stay when you visit Chios. The place is within the medieval castle in the village of Mesta. Staying in it is a great experience! We arrived a couple of hours earlier than check in time and messaged George. He responded quickly and sent Eleftheria to get us so we could get in the apartment earlier. This is very much appreciated. The place is two stories with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and living room on the main floor and a bedroom, bathroom and small office on the second floor. It has lots of windows for fresh air and a retractable skylight for even more air. It has several air conditioning units if it gets too hot. Needless to say it is beautifully designed and decorated. We enjoyed the espresso machine coffee every morning. In addition the robes and sleepers were a pleasant surprise. Just around the corner are paths that lead to cafes, restaurants, convenient store, church, souvenirs and more. You can enjoy a meal, a coffee, an ice cream while relaxing! Although you feel you are in medieval times there’s everything you need in Stoes Traditional Suites and in the village of Mesta. We highly recommend this place. Melitsa & Sotiris
