There was unexpected construction during our stay and when I communicated this to Jesse, they weren’t aware that it would be ongoing and refunded a portion of our stay. I appreciated their responsiveness and action. Good location.

Pros: comfortable condo, nicely furnished, location is super with an easy walk down through the park to the plaza area. Good value. Cons: it was important for me to have working WiFi and it didn’t work. There is a shared WiFi for the whole complex and the signal isn’t strong enough to be usable in the unit. I had to sit out in the parking lot. At least there is was a good strong signal - haha. I contacted the host about the problem, but she didn’t follow up, even after my second request. Also the upstairs heat didn’t work. It never got above 65 degrees. Host didn’t respond about that either. All in all, the location and the unit basics were fine. The amenities were important on this trip and this unit fell short for me. Wish Jesse was more responsive.

What a beautiful and peaceful home. Jesse is truly a wonderful host. We loved our stay at her home. This is a great place to stay if you're looking for a quiet, beautiful and centrally located home. Very close to the plaza and great restaurants in Santa Fe.
