We rented all three cottages for a week to celebrate a 70th and a 40th birthday with our children partners and grandchildren. Sue and Bob were very helpful throughout the entire stay. The whole family enjoyed the holiday. We were able to take turns to cook for all of us each evening and were all able to eat together in Great Cleave (10 adults and 7 children aged 4 to 12). The swimming pool, sauna, games room and football pitch were greatly enjoyed - a real asset to the cottages. There were plenty of bathrooms for all of us and the location was excellent with easy access to Dartmoor.

Family of 13 stayed Christmas week, hired all three cottages - was a very quiet location but the family Christmas fun made it amazing! The hosts were so friendly, approachable & accommodating even during their Xmas break! Nothing was a bother for them. Cottages very clean with all the necessities with required from swim towels, tea towels to towels, bedding to dishcloths & soaps to dish tablets! Kids love swimming pool & sauna - Dogs loved the outside space. Cottages were so quaint and characteristic with the main cottage so spacious for us all to dine every meal & relax together! Beautifully decorated for Christmas too! Special Thanks to Sue & Bob x

Lovely cottages set in a quiet location with ample space. Lovely grounds and facilites including the indoor pool area. The hosts a lovely and friendly. Couldn't have accommodated us more! Would highly recommend, pefect for a family meet up with separate living space for all and welcoming for families with younger children 😊

An idyllic location on the edge of Dartmoor, with accommodation to allow even the largest of families to get together on a post-Covid holiday. Great facilities on-site, and a perfect location from which to explore Dartmoor - we were torn between the two! What a wonderful holiday location.
