Very cosy place with all you need inside, well, all I needed at least. Bus stop literally out the door. Would stay again.

I was disappointed with Fiona’s place. I booked here based on previous reviews. Unfortunately, I see only a couple of people have made negative comments (after I booked) but I feel it is worth mentioning the following: The bed mattress is very uncomfortable and sags on the left hand side. It is due for replacement. The air conditioning unit is in need of serious maintenance and cleaning. A thick coating of dust on the air intake. Inefficient heating. The sofa is dirty and stained and uncomfortable to sit on. No smart TV which often would not even pick up digital channels. Kitchen taps need new washers as hard to turn on and off and drip. Shower head also needs replacing. Carpets dirty and stained. Mattress protector needs a good wash. The value was not there for $165 per night. This is not a personal affront Fiona, please take this as constructive criticism as I feel that with some financial investment and some attention to cleaning it would be worthy of previous reviews.

The place was super cute and quaint and Fiona had some lovely snacks and treats and provided some great area recommendations. The place itself was nestled enough that it was quiet but close enough to everything we needed. The area is beautiful and made for some lovely walks and gorgeous views outside

The place was perfect for my 2 night stay coming from Sydney before I headed off to a work conference. Very cute apartment and felt right at home. A must stay if you want to be in Malvern and see Adelaide, as everything is close by.

The location is fabulous and Fiona has everything setup to make sure your stay is easy and comfortable. Great cafes and shops close by and a regular bus outside meant we parked our car when we arrived and didn’t use it again until we left.
