Great proximity to the bay to enjoy the water and watch beautiful sunsets! Also close to a great restaurant to enjoy food/beverages while viewing the sunset!

We rented James' house for a long weekend, our first time in Cape May. The house was just right for us, and I would recommend this property. It was clean, the neighbors and neighborhood are nice, it is a block away from a beautiful beach on the bay, and a quick drive to other areas of Cape May. James was always responsive, and very friendly. We plan to keep this property on our list of favorites, and plan to return next year!

My fiance and I stayed at James's place for a wedding at the Willow Creek winery and it was a nice spot for the weekend! The location and closeness to the bay could not have been better and the bay side was so quiet and calm -- much better than the hustle and bustle of the beach side, but while still being totally drive-able to all the happening stuff. James's place offered plenty of space and reminded us both of summer vacations at our grandparents', down to the layout of the house and the family pictures on the walls. The back yard was a beautiful little area and, while we didn't have the chance to grill, it made for a nice area to have a glass of wine. We would definitely recommend working with James!
