Rustic housekeeping cabin. 10 minutes from lake Stockton for fishing and hiking. Close to Bolivar and SBU. This is a horse property and you will see horses, deer and other animals. It has separate heat in the bedroom and a central unit for the rest of the cabin. There is a nice shower/full bathroom and washer and dryer on the premises. This cute cabin is at the end of a private gravel drive. Our horses roam the area so you will keep your car inside the gate so you don’t get horse prints! This is a cozy yet private cabin.. you will love the peace and quiet. It comes with everything you need to cook indoors or out. There is a private bedroom and loft area with 2 beds. the loft is up a ladder and we ask that if you choose to go up there you be very careful. Going up the ladder indicates that you are willing to take responsibility for yourself if you come down in a boom! We also have a pet kennel on the grounds - but are not opposed to pets in the cabin - as long as I cant tell they have been there when you leave! We do ask that you keep your pets on a leash when outside. Our rural area isnt fond of Dogs running in areas where there are cattle. There is a pond on the property and lighted pathways - but again this is a remote area..and not maintained like a garden - so enjoy the beauty but watch your step. You might even find an arrowhead or two...
