The place itself was so awesome and comfortable to stay in. Daniel and Monica were the best; always so kind and helpful when we came back or left the AirBNB. The place was on a private gated street that is quiet but still an easy walk to many cafes. 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone for a safe and comfortable place to stay.

I couldn’t tell from the listing if there was a private balcony (there was) or if the washer/dryer was in the unit (it was). We were very comfortable and loved the neighborhood. There was always a staff person on hand and the daily cleaning/re-stocking was a bonus. Overall, a very nice stay.

What a wonderful and restful place to stay while you're in Mexico City. Only a few blocks from Molino El Pujol, it was our morning routine to pick up breakfast and the best cafe de olla there and then enjoy it on the rooftop terrace. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and very clean. We also really appreciated the doorman, Daniel, who was extremely kind, thoughtful and helpful. Great service! All the amenities of a hotel, but the privacy and space of your own home. We are definitely coming back!

Great space and location. Plenty of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Housekeeping also kept the apartment nice and clean.

This is an amazing apartment. There’s a beautiful terrace on the upper floor (plus the separate roof top deck), living room, dining room, full kitchen, and laundry room, including the two bedrooms (very comfy beds with AC in each room and blackout curtains) with two bathrooms, and the elevator goes directly to the front door. The location is perfect, just walking distance from the centers of Condesa and Roma Norte, with various parks, incredible restaurants, bakeries, stores, nightlife, and ecobici bike stations. It’s located at the end of a gated street (the guards are super nice), and the service from Viadora is unparalleled. Big props to Daniel, Jorge, Arturo and Jackie, (and Housekeeping!) who were so helpful, friendly and made our stay incredible - there is always someone at the front desk to help if you have a question or any issues. I would definitely stay here again and any other Viadora location in CDMX for that matter. It’s definitely an apartment/hotel experience. Thank you!
