Penny's place is lovely, and Penny is a lovely host. I very much enjoyed my stay. It had all I needed while cycling in the area. The area is beautiful and it was easy to find. Highly recommended.

Penny’s outbuilding/piggery is the kind of gem that makes air b&b worthwhile. Wonderfully quiet, gorgeous garden, great host. A small building used to its fullest potential but perfect for flying visits and active weekends. Oh, and the lemon drizzle cake. My favourite cake baked to perfection!

Beautiful bolt hole in deep Surrey countryside but a short journey to Guildford and surrounding villages. Absolutely love it here. Quiet, clean, cosy and set up is just right for a short stay. Penny is a wonderful host and is very helpful and a pleasure to meet. I have stayed here on business a number of times and I am sure it won’t be my last.

The location is beautiful, entirely rural and very quiet. Excellent walking straight out the front door. Penny’s breakfast was a surprise bonus.
