Regresamos a este departamento por su excelente ubicación y por sus instalaciones. Habíamos estado una semana antes y nos gustó el lugar donde está ubicado, con acceso a supermercado y parque. Nuevamente todo funcionó muy bien y la estadía fue excelente.

El departamento está muy bien ubicado, en un edificio moderno y con buenas instalaciones. La cercanía con el Parque del Este y el supermercado al frente son ventajas importantes. La ubicación es estupenda. El lugar está bien equipado, no tuvimos problemas de agua, y dispone de una linda terraza con piscina. En resumen estuvimos muy bien estos días y vamos a repetir cuando regresemos a Caracas.

My first time using AbnB in Caracas , and I must say Ana Luisa's listing is almost as perfect as some of the more popular hotels in Ccs that I've used before. Safe, clean, comfortable, private , and AFFORDABLE. There were no problem with water or electricity. I highly recommend Ana Luisa's listing to anyone visiting or looking for a cheaper, equal accommodation, to a brand name hotel. I truly enjoyed my stay at this Abnb and definitely will use again .

Pros: The place was clean and comfortable, cold AC, the building was very nice and clean with 4 elevators, and good security, there's a restaurant, bakeries and pharmacy nearby, and a Big supermarket across the street. Cons: The apartment was a bit dark and missing some instructions like wifi password and where to leave the keys at check out, the bed pillows where too wornout had a hard time to get a good night sleep. These were minor Cons. I would still recommend it, and I might try it again next time in the area.
