We were a group of 12 people and had a full floor for ourselves. Jasper was very helpful with all our questions and made our stay as pleasant as possible. When you clearly communicate with Jasper and carefully read all the information, you will have a great time. The location is close by to a station, so you get fast to Utrecht Centraal and other major cities in the Netherlands. If you have a light sleep, bring along ear plugs as it is easy to hear other guests when they are loud. The neighborhood itself is very quiet and clean. All in all I will 100% recommend Jasper's airbnb.

Très agréable séjour chez Jasper et Marianne. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. L'endroit est propre. Un peu en dehors du centre, mais très facile avec le train et endroit calme. A conseiller sans hésiter !

Jasper is a very good host, kindly and worried. The place it’s better -and nice- for grupos. If you want something quiet and private, I think you should look for another. Location is very good, nice neighborhood and close to the train station (5 minutes walking).
