location great, not 100% clean ,but is an old house needs maintenance and better cleaning, laundry dirtying and washing machine doesn't work. we still had a good time !

Great location and perfect size for a big group. Also had a wondering big backyard. The place was however a bit dirty in terms of bedding and kitchen utensils.

Definitely paid for location over actual accomodation. Hosts were responsive up until we checked in, non-responsive rest of our stay. Cleanli of place could definitely use some improvements especially since a cleaning fee is included, we came to clean sheets but dust, dirt and rubbish in the house. Place could also use some maintenance, toilet seats were loose, bbq was rusty and dirty upon our arrival despite being encouraged to use. Top bunk of bed looking into toilet and shower not so ideal. Two rooms at the front accessible by shared cupboard literally open and walk through to other side. Location was convenient 5 minute walk to the beach. Locals were amazing giving tips on best spots in beach and when high tide was. Even though we stayed during peak period, there was not really high traffic on the beach itself. Lucky enough to spot dolphins and swim close enough to see them. Listing including kayaks but nowhere to be found on property and messages not responded to.

This property has a great, large fenced off back yard and is in easy walking distance to the beach. However, it was not properly cleaned, the garbage bins were full upon arrival, the duvet covers were stained, used house paint tins were found in the kitchen cupboards and it was short on bed linen. It was not made clear on the website that one of the bedroom’s was an enclosed veranda with the toilet and bathroom windows opening into it. It felt uncared for by the property owner.

Great value for money compared to everything else in the area. Comfortable with all the essentials. The bay, shops, playgrounds and restaurants all in walking distance. Short drive to the beautiful beaches. Highly recommended!
