An ideal location for walking in the heart of Coconut Grove plus easy in-out parking within the gated compound, perfect for more taking excursions. If exploring botanical gardens and SW Florida ecology are your passion this uncomplicated haven is an ideal central location. The bungalow is clean, accurately described, and comfortably appointed, and the host is very responsive - when the battery for the keypad door lock announced it should be replaced, Carlos was right on it. A very nice find!

We enjoyed our 3 night stay in the bungalow. It was very convenient to the film festival we were in town for and also had some nice parks within walking distance. We would stay here again, if we were ever back in the area.

The location is amazing! Such a cute area and could walk to dinner every night! The cottages are cute, updated with some privacy and amenities.

I booked this place so I could have access to a washer and dryer for the second part of our vacation. Good: check in was smooth, location is walking distance to many restaurants, not a far drive to south beach, downtown, the airport, and the Everglades. Not great: washer broke and would not spin clothing. When I asked for help I was told I put too many clothes in the washer (it wasn’t even close to half full). After taking about half of the clothes out the washer ran but still didn’t spin, so all of the clothes were soaking wet. I tried to communicate that I wanted to rerun the washer so the spin function would dry the clothes. Carlos kept telling me that I overstuffed the washer and sent someone over to “look at it” but all they did was dry half the load. It took 2 days and 6 dryer sessions to dry all of our clothes. I am traveling with an infant so laundry was really important to me. If not important to you I’m sure you would have a good stay.

The bungalow was very clean and cozy as well as a very quick walk to the many shops and restaurants in Coconut Grove Carlos provided clear instructions and went out of his way to inform us of services he could provide for the vacation. Our small Maltese dog felt comfortable as well- a real plus for us.
