Generally good and well cleaned, a few spots of black mold in poorly ventilated rooms and it would be useful to have more than one key for the locked gate. Was also thinking bedding would be laid out already given the extra charge for it, as opposed to given to us in a pile. Table football tiny and barely functioning, but table tennis good. Overall 7/10.

Clear instructions on how to enter the property, did the job for our sports team’s stay. However I found it a bit strange that there was no duvets, everyone had to bring their own sleeping bag which when travelling isn’t very ideal. Also beside quite a noisy train track and dual carriageway so not very accessible to public transport. But it was clean and warm, would book again

Perfect for what we needed it for. A little worn and dated but we worked around that. Allowed us to do what we wanted so very happy.

Instructions were clear but in the dark it’s extremely difficult to find, I really dont like leaving bad reviews but on arrival the place smelt unclean and it certainly was. There was no hot water on the first night in the kitchen which was challenging after cooking for 17 people, we did message airbnb no response until the Saturday when a very nice gentle turned up, The kitchen was filthy, the floors were awful and the cupboards were really dirty, cobwebs and dirt everywhere . Windows were black and the walls were filthy. This could be a great place but we would not go back because it was so dirty had it been clean we would book 3-4 times a year for our Christian meetings. It needs completely deep cleaning. Also a couple of sofas upstairs are needed it’s not the most comfortable sitting on hard chairs all weekend. Everything is very old and really needs painting, cleaning and a general update.
