I stayed at the Vision from the 31st to 12th Jun. I flew in from the US got there early and was not able to get in early. Being tired frustrated. We were not offered to lock up our bags. Therefore we had to walk around the city pulling heavy luggage around for fee ours. When time was close enough to check in we went back to get code to enter building to find out our registration was not completed. So we spent another hour or 2 filling out forms taking pictures of forms in order to email to company which went back and forth for a very long time. Finally the facility maintance guy Fabio…got on phone with the registration department and spoke with them to verify that we had everything filled in correctly. We then finally got the code to building and room. Cleaning was only scheduled once a week. We only had 1set of towels. Luckily laundry was free to do in the basement. Great location close to river,mall,shopping,restaurants and all. Very safe security is on duty. FAbio is awesome.

Small but they have pretty much everything you need inside. Great location. Shower is great. Laundry is free but all but two dryers were broken or didn’t work great. Overall, would definitely stay there again.

Cozy and clean apartment. The place is very close to the main train station and the host is very responsive

The room is a single room efficiency apartment in a very convenient location close to Willy Brandt plaza in the downtown area. It is close to the river and an easy walk to many places in Frankfurt, and easy to get to transit stops to get to the further away places. It has a microwave, cooktop, dishes, refrigerator, bathroom, and a comfortable bed. The bed fills up most of the bedroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The internet was very fast and trouble-free.
