Absolutely amazing hosts, Susan gave us a Petoskey stone, were very communicative and helpful. Wonderful place will be staying again when it’s warmer!!!!

I just returned home for a wonderful stay at Susan and Peter's wonderful place! My sister joined me for this weekend get-away and we loved the peaceful beauty that surrounded us and the beautiful views from the large picture windows. The house was comfortable and cozy. We loved the kitchen and it was nice to have a nice set of pots and pans and anything else we needed to cook a few meals. The appliances were spotless and worked great. The internet also worked very well and was easy to connect to. The beds were super comfortable! The shower was hot with good water flow. The large TV with access to netflix and hulu, HBO and more (you need your own account to sign in to these options)was appreciated as we enjoyed movies in the evening. We didn't get a chance to explore the trails on this large property but hope to return in the future and hopefully the weather will be better for walking!

Loved our stay. Beautiful setting. Home was clean, well-furnished and spacious and had all amenities. Bed was super comfortable. Good location for driving the Tunnel of Trees route and to Petoskey and Gaylord. Also close to hiking in Wilderness State Park. Susan was helpful and very easy to communicate with. Would recommend and would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at Susan and Peter's island view getaway - the views were amazing and it was so incredibly peaceful. It had all the amenities and furnishings to feel right at home. We enjoyed drinking coffee in the morning, with a view of the lake, and deer wandering the front yard. Only wish we had booked a longer visit! We hope to return next year!

Susan & Peter’s place is such a wonderful spot. We are lovers of quiet, tucked away places and this was absolutely what we found at their spot. They are also incredibly friendly hosts! We brought our 11 week old baby with us and they accommodated for her with a playpen, a tummy time mat, and a sweet bouncy chair that she absolutely loved. We felt right at home in this cozy spot. The views are stunning, the sunsets were incredible. Kitchen had everything we needed. Will 100% visit again!
