Naomi is a great host! She’s responsive and helpful with her communication. The location is convenient - across from a bus stop that takes you to BART station very quickly. Room and shared bath was well kept as described in the pictures.

Everything was fine. Host is quite responsive and takes care of things pretty well. Convenient location. Near to hospital if you’re a medical professional. Easy to come and go according to whatever your work schedule is. Had mostly good other tenants in the house. Kitchen was very functional. Washer and dryer worked well. Plenty of hot water for shower and other needs. Street out front is a little busy but not especially bothersome. It’s a relatively safe neighborhood but not far from Oakland. Don’t leave anything valuable in your car as it will invite thieves to break in your vehicle which is what happened to me. Fortunately I caught them and chased them off before they got anything.

In town for work. Working long hours and very early days - up at 3am start at 4:30am. Quiet place for the most part. It’s a corner house so there’s some street traffic but not that noticeable. Everything in the house is clean for the most part. Was able to do my Laundry without any real issues. Had to run the self-clean on the washing machine once before I was able to use it. Some debris left in it and the dryer by someone there previously or something. I let the host know and didn’t seem to have any issues after that. Very responsive host by the way. Kitchen was very useable and I was able to cook meals and prepare my lunches for work. Neighborhood seemed safe and I was able to park on the street without any problems or have my vehicle tampered with. Overall not bad. Would stay there again.

The place is just as expected and was good for what I needed, which was a place to shower and sleep. Would definitely book again as it was a very convenient location!

Very distinct smell in the house that even with the windows open it still stayed. Cleaning fee was a little high for the quality of clean of the house. Water was put into the soap dispenser in the bathroom to fill it up. Overall, it was a good stay in a pretty quiet area.
