I probably should have read more closely. We have two mobility challenged couples and one of the bedrooms was down a long steep flight of stairs. additionally the driveway was very difficult to get in to and out of with our mobility van. Also, the way parking was set up made it incredibly difficult for us to get our vehicle close to the entrance for our mobility challenged individuals. There is the absolute bare minimum provided here. some amenities listed were not provided. Like I said, I should have read more closely. We won't be staying there again, but it may work for you. Just plan on packing in anything you need.

Our stay was great. I will say the driveway was scary :) It is steep. We did get two trucks with trailers and a small car in and out of it though. The home held 12 of us with no feeling of crowding. The scenery is beautiful. The only tip I would give is that if you are a large group and you are planning on cooking.... there are no large pans (that I found anyway) We wanted to make taco meat, but the small pans would have been too much hassle. Other than that...the grill worked great, the screened in porch areas were great... three generations from 1 year old to 47 had a wonderful time.

Great place to stay

The home was in a lovely spot on the lake. Place was very clean and well maintained. Our only complaint was there were no basic condiments (salt, pepper, cooking oil, etc) in the kitchen. Maybe we missed the memo on what was not included. Also, there were no toiletries such as shampoo or shower (body wash) soap. Most rentals we have stayed in have the basics on hand. Otherwise, the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, etc. for cooking, including the gas grill. Overall, the place was perfect for a quiet get away. There were only two of us, so the price per night was a little high - but the place has room for two families which could share the cost. The host (Evolve) did an excellent job getting us the move-in instructions. We were already familiar with the area, so directions weren’t a problem. We’d definitely come back or recommend it to others looking for a quiet spot on Table Rock Lake.

Our family of 8, including 2 kids, had a nice time here. We all really enjoyed the upper screened-in porch. Unless we were sleeping, we were either on the porch or on the beach/in the lake. The use of the kayaks was great! We used 2 futons but there were no extra pillows. We didn’t use the downstairs porch because there were too many spiders (screen is loose in several places); the first night we killed a brown recluse! We made great memories here and look forward to our next visit.
