Located in the foothills of the Olympics, Shippen's Cabin offers the comforts of home in a wilderness retreat. The cabin is an ideal location to base your hiking adventure, or simply come to enjoy some time away from the city while exploring the area's many attractions. Relax after a long day on the trail with a hot sauna or a meal on the deck and enjoy the wilderness setting, often visited by local wildlife. High speed WiFi is available for those that need to stay connected during their stay.

Easily enjoy day excursions to the Olympic National Park, hiking to the lighthouse on the Dungeness Spit, driving around Sequim's lavender farms & exploring Sequim's quaint shops, coffee houses and restaurants.

He wisely recognized for decades to come this would be a prized place of rest, enjoyed by 5 generations. Our two kayaks for beginners and new paddle board are available for rent. Explore the unbelievable beauty of the Olympic National Park just a few miles away featuring hiking to rainforests, glaciers, and mountain lakes.

Everyone is welcome to a very private and magical place in the riparian forest, only a 5 minute walk to the Dungeness River and less than 5 minute drive to downtown Sequim, Wa. Our most recent visitors tell us that we are a stand alone destination. A respite to relax and reboot . Our one bedroom cabin with a fully equipped kitchen offers a chance to enjoy a private and uninterrupted access to the Olympic rain forest, while affording you easy walking or biking to the small village of Sequim.

Explore the beauty of the Olympic Peninsula and everything that the surroundings have to offer. *The place: Guests will have full access to the guest cabin with a private porch where they can enjoy the views of the Olympic Mountains while sipping on some local roasted Coffee. Tucked away but yet only a seven minute drive into town.

Equally great for a romantic escape or your gaggle of kids and pets. Beautiful hikes and scenery nearby, yet only 15 minutes from downtown Sequim.

Located only minutes from downtown Sequim, the log house has an incredible view of the San Juan Islands, Strait of Juan de Fuca and Canada's Vancouver Island. Enjoy the feel of seclusion and quiet, while being only minutes from downtown.

What makes this saltwater haven special is the proximity to the water and a 180 degree view - plus - just outside is a grassy yard with a fire pit to enjoy all the goodness of a campfire while still enjoying the comforts of home. One of the few places around with access to both water and trails - all within walking distance. You can't beat our sunsets!
